Believe it or not, my two year old son has gone his whole life with only one rubber ducky to play with in the tub. Lately, I've been feeling a bit bad about this, especially when I see how much he loves to play in the water. Boon saved the day though, with their innovative line of bath toys. We were able to sample a few of them and my son had a blast in the bath!
First up was the Scrubble. This is an interchangeable bath toy scrub set and was probably my son's favorite toy of the bunch. You can unscrew the textured bulbs, fill them with water and have fun squeezing the water out. My son had a delightful time watching the water squirt out of the bulb. Little ones can also use them practice scrubbing in the tub.
The Splat is a floating ring toss. My son didn't quite understand the concept of having to toss the rings onto the base, but he liked this one simply because he enjoys stacking things. He even likes playing with this one outside of the tub!
Finally, there's the Water Bugs. These are floating, colorful critters, complete with an adorable net to scoop them up with. My son had fun gliding the net across the water and scooping up whatever he could.
My son has always enjoyed taking baths, but now whenever he takes a bath he gets super excited! And even after all the water is drained he's still in the tub playing with his new bath toys. They're fun, functional and innovative - everything I've come to expect from Boon!
